Deliveries
When your order is ready for delivery/collection, we will contact you to arrange a convenient date and time. We offer a full delivery service for all of our products nationwide. Whilst we do our best to deliver our goods using our own transport, we do sometimes have to use a local courier firm to go further across the country. We will always consult with you first to arrange your delivery and relevant payment methods. For deliveries made by courier, payment will be required before delivery.
Should you wish to change your delivery day please notify us within 24 hours in order to make the necessary adjustments. We will endeavour to deliver your goods when it is most convenient with you.
Furniture
Our furniture is delivered to your home fully wrapped and protected from any damage. The majority of our beds and wardrobes will dismantle for easy manoeuvrability to the first floor. For table deliveries we can use special brackets of which, are completely hidden from view, to enable the table top to be removed for access into your home. Please ask, when ordering, for removable leg brackets and we will be happy to arrange this for you. It is a consideration for now and in the future, should you decide to move home.
Please note, we do not manoeuvre furniture beyond the ground floor.
We usually send the driver only with your goods, should you need further assistance to offload please do inform us and this can be arranged for you for a small additional fee. Some of our furniture is very heavy.
Timber/ Stone
Due to the nature of the product, we do strongly advise an additional person to offload with the driver. Some of our material can be extremely heavy and health and safety must be considered at all times. For pallet drop deliveries i.e slate, stone and terracotta, we ask you to ensure a forklift or equivalent will be ready when we deliver. We will always call you to confirm delivery, usually the driver will call within an hour of arrival. We reserve the right to charge for additional time and delivery if goods cannot be off loaded. For smaller delivers our drivers will be happy to off load for you. Please note our delivery men are not allowed to move goods anywhere other than where the vehicle can be safely parked.
Important
Please take a minute to check your goods whilst the driver is with you. Any damages or reasonable imperfections must be reported within 24 hours of delivery of which, we will aim to rectify at the earliest date possible. Due to the nature of reclaimed timbers and hand made stone items, some of our products may appear to have slight imperfections to the eye. These are however, not a quality fault but a natural feature of the wood or stone.
