Wooden Worktops

As well as Slate and Granite worktops, we also supply wooden worktops.

All worktops are machined to order, usually to a supplied template or we offer our own templating service (within the south west only). For more advice on care and maintenance of wooden worktops, please ask for a Care & Maintenance Pack.

RECLAIMED PINE

These are produced from old beams and joists salvaged from piers/factories etc. They are sawn to size and glued to order therefore, made to your size requirement and thickness.

BEECH - Laminated Panel

We only use European Beech, in set sizes usually 38-40mm thick and 650mm wide. We stock a B/C grade that gives colour and character – lengths vary between 2.5m.

OAK - Laminated Panel

European Oak worktops in set sizes, usually 38-40mm thick and 650mm wide. Length restrictions may apply, please ask upon application.

PLANK OAK

We use American White Oak that is of a similar colour to English oak but has a plainer grain. American White Oak is fairly stable and gives good widths - up to 250mm and a thickness up to 48mm. Again, these will yield long lengths - up to 5m on occasion.

All worktops are manufactured here, in our workshops and therefore can be machined to requirement. We can also supply wooden draining boards and chopping blocks, please ask for details.
